Austin Dillon went out late in Friday afternoon’s qualifying session for Friday night’s pre-All-Star Race Sprint Showdown and won the pole.
Dillon nabbed the pole with a lap in 27.747 seconds at the 1.5-mile Charlotte Motor Speedway track.

KANSAS CITY, Kan. – Jeff Gordon held off Kevin Harvick over the final laps and went on to win the 5-Hour Energy 400 Sprint Cup Series race at Kansas Speedway on Saturday night.
