KANSAS CITY, Kan. – A.J. Allmendinger, driving a Penske Racing Dodge, won the pole on Saturday afternoon for Sunday’s STP 400 Sprint Cup race at Kansas Speedway. Harvick’s pole lap was at 175.993 mph.
