NASCAR driver Kyle Busch’s speeding case is expected to be postponed Wednesday and resolved in late August.
Busch’s attorney, Clifton Homesley, is asking for a continuance and the trial will go to district court on Aug. 23. Homesley says Busch has accepted responsibility and looks forward to resolving this in court.
