Qualifying for Saturday’s Coke Zero 400 Sprint Cup race at Daytona International Speedway has been canceled because of rain.

That means that the field will be set by owner points.

Tony Stewart will start the race from the pole. On the outside of the first row will be Jeff Gordon.

The second row of the starting grid for the Saturday night race will be occupied by Kurt Busch and Jimmie Johnson.

Rain rolled into the area during qualifying for the Nationwide Series. In fact, it rolled in with just two cars left to qualify for the Friday night race.

Those two cars, driven by Kerry Earnhardt and Dale Earnhardt Jr., did make qualifying attempts after the track was dried.
