Clint Bowyer will be on the pole for Saturday night’s Subway Jalapeno 250 Nationwide Series race at Daytona International Speedway.

Bowyer, driving a Chevrolet for Richard Childress Racing, posted a lap at 180.701 mph in qualifying to get the pole.

Starting second will be David Ragan in a Roush Fenway Ford. His speed was 180.133 mph.

Kevin Harvick, also in an RCR Chevy, was third while Brad Keselowski was fourth.

David Gilliland will start fifth and Matt Kenseth of Roush Fenway sixth.

All but two cars qualified in the afternoon. But rain moved into the area and the track was shut down for over three hours.

Those two cars who did not qualify in the afternoon belonged to Kerry Earnhardt and Dale Earnhardt Jr.

Earnhardt Jr. wound up qualifying seventh fastest.
