Neither of them do, and Martin wins, with Johnson second and Stewart third.
I don’t think that Martin and/or Johnson will run out of fuel. When was the last time you’ve seen a Hendrick car cut it close and not make it? They’re great with fuel mileage.
Johnson has to get to Martin on a restart otherwise he is screwed. He’s going to need another caution to pull off the pass.
Stewart is a non-factor in third, and he needs a caution too if he wants a chance.
