Crafton Wins Iowa Truck Race

Matt Crafton held of Austin Dillon over the final laps of Saturday night’s Camping World Truck Series race at Iowa Speedway to get the second victory of his career.

Dillon finished second in the Coca-Cola 200 presented by Hy-Vee.

David Mayhew was third.

Johnny Sauter and Joey Coulter were fourth and fifth respectively.

It was Crafton’s first victory and sixth top-10 finish in 2011. Crafton breaks 79-race winless streak dating to his victory at Charlotte Motor Speedway on May 16, 2008.

It was ThorSport Racing’s third win of 2011 – Sauter has the others.

Dillon posted his second top-10 finish in three races at Iowa Speedway.  It is his fifth top-10 finish in 2011.

Coulter was the highest finishing rookie.

Sauter leads the point standings by 22 points over Dillon.
