Kevin Harvick won the pole Friday afternoon for Friday night’s Subway Jalapeno 250 Nationwide Series race at Daytona International Speedway.

His fast lap was at 181.653 mph.

Harvick was driving a Chevrolet owned by his Kevin Harvick Inc. team. KHI cars driven by Tony Stewart and Clint Bowyer and Eliott Sadler qualified second, third  and fourth respectively.

The sweeping of the first four starting positions by one team is a Nationwide first.

“Job well done” by KHI, Sadler said.

The top non-KHI car was driven by Trevor Bayne, the winner of this year’s Daytona 500. He was driving a Wood Brothers Racing Ford.

Rounding out the top 10 were Jamie McMurray, Danica Patrick, Carl Edwards, Reed Sorenson and Justin Allgaier.
