Brad Keselowski won his fourth Nationwide Series pole of the season Friday afternoon when he laid down the fastest qualifying lap for Friday evening’s Subway Jalapeno 250 at Daytona International Speedway.

Keselowski, the series points leader and a three-time race winner this season, turned a lap at 183.031 mph in his Penske Racing Dodge Challenger.

Second fastest was Parker Kligerman, who will be making his fourth start of the season and the sixth of his Nationwide career. His fast lap was at 182.242 mph.

But Dale Earnhardt Jr. gave the fans at Daytona the biggest thrill of the day when, driving the blue and yellow No. 3  Wrangler-sponsored Chevy in honor of his late father, was third fastest.

Justin Allgaier gave Dodge three of the top four spots on the starting grid as he put his Penske Challenger fourth.

Kyle Busch, in a Joe Gibbs Racing Toyota, was fifth while Ricky Stenhouse Jr. was sixth in his Roush Fenway Racing Ford Mustang.

Greg Sacks, making his first start since 2004, was seventh.
