Kyle Busch will start Saturday’s Nationwide Series race at Dover International Speedway from the pole. During the morning qualifying session for the race, Busch turned a lap at 154.110 mph and in 23.36 seconds.

Qualifying for the Dover 200 second was Carl Edwards, the driver chasing Busch for the points lead.

Busch will be going for his seventh victory of the season in Nationwide in the afternoon race.

He also won the pole in last year’s fall Nationwide race at the Monster Mile.

Edwards was more than 2 mph slower than Busch.

Mike Bliss was third fastest and Denny Hamlin was fourth.

Scott Speed was fifth fastest in qualifying.
